New Sake of the Season 🍶(I was about to write this as I was drinking the first bottle when it was opened, and it's already the third day of the new season 💦) The aroma is gorgeous and has a very strong ginjo aroma 😆. Almost no gasiness. A gentle harmony of sweetness, umami, and acidity with a thin body. This is it, this is exactly the Junmai Daiginjo kind of delicious sake. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness is medium. It is 50 polished but it feels more highly refined. I wondered what kind of rice was used to make this sake. Later, I looked at a popup from Koyama Shoten and saw "Gohyakumangoku" and "Comet". I guess I started new sake from a little too high quality rice 😁. 3545 yen without tax

No schwarziness Slightly cloudy aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it's sweet and juicy and full of flavor. The aftertaste is clean and there is no aftertaste. Just the way I like it.

LOL lol lol lol lol. What's with the sweetness and the aftertaste? It was so good I went around twice 🍶. I might want a bottle if I can find it. I used to be a dry wine drinker. There is a sake brewery near the apartment where I live alone. It was such a luxurious environment, but it was open only on weekdays, so I could not visit.... Eventually, I was finally able to visit on the day I was to unpack for my new job. I chose the "Hatsu Shibori" (first pressing). The aroma was bright and light from the moment I opened the bottle, The fresh sweetness and crisp aftertaste made it a pleasant bottle. It makes you think, "The time I spent here was not so bad, It is a "memorable drink" for me.
