Slightly carbonated and fruity with peaches and berries, sweetness and flavor quite firm. It has a strong acidity with a touch of alcohol, and the aftertaste is short.
It has a sweet taste, but because of the acidity, it is not clingy and has a clean and refreshing taste 😊. This sake has a strong umami taste in the warm climate of Hiroshima.
At Tsudanuma Seven after a long absence. The sake will be drunk again this evening in support of the Olympics 😺.

It seems that the whole town of Fukuyama was promoting roses🌹.
When I drank it, it was a bit unique!

Not too much acidity, but it's there.
Not sharp, but soft acidity.
Sweetness is not fruity-fresh sweetness.
But there is flavor.
Is it my imagination, or is it the wine-like acidity, though it has a western feel? But no.
