Tenpoichi Moeibuki Junmai
I have dinner with a salesman from my old agency a couple of times a year. This is a Choice from the all-you-can-drink menu at a nice izakaya (Japanese-style bar) we went to last time!
It has a refreshing aroma and is smooth, light and dry. It is a delicious sake that goes well with a meal, and we also had some okawari.

The price was surprisingly 1,210 yen for a four-pack of junmai ginjo. When I asked the waitress why, she said it was because it was "aggressive" and therefore had a miscellaneous taste.
When I drank it, it had the juiciness typical of nama-zake. It has a slight sweetness, but more than that, the umami flavor is very apparent. I think this is because it is an aggressive sake. The umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste.
It is the best sake at a reasonable price.

Went to a yakitori restaurant with my senpai. This is the fourth kind of sake.
I have the impression that Tenpoichi is consistently delicious no matter what I drink.
This one is also moderately dry. As it warms up, the acidity comes out and it is good. It has a nice sharpness. It is dry, but the various elements are well balanced and tasty.

The color is slightly yellowish?

It is a dry sake with a sharp taste, as the old saying goes. In the hot season, a sharp cold sake can be drunk forever.
The next morning after falling asleep, I drank it at room temperature.
It is a quintessential Hiroshima sake and has a deep flavor.
Personally, I preferred it at room temperature.
Welcoming sake is also good.

Although it is pure rice, the aroma is somewhat fruity...but it is different from the fruity ginjo aroma, and there is a slight aroma that I have not experienced before😅.
When you take a sip, you can feel the umami of rice, and the well-balanced acidity and bitterness (astringency) spreads, and it is a slightly dry, crisp and delicious sake!

It was not nettled, but rather dry! It was a dry hit. The great thing is the sharp aroma that surges like a wave without a pause. I think it would go well with fish liver, but perhaps that is far from the maker's intention. It didn't get sweeter even after a few days, and the aroma and taste were strong, which I couldn't imagine from the jackets. I will come back to it again.
