Alcohol percentage: 15-16 じゅんさんIt has been a long time since I was in Osaka, and I was served Fukuoka sake at Hakata Onna, a favorite restaurant of a friend of mine.
I had never heard of it before, Kansansui.
It is a slightly spicy junmai ginjo with a soft, fruity taste.
This is delicious.
I enjoyed it with Fukuoka's specialty, okkyuto.
