Muscat aroma. Slightly effervescent. Not too sweet, juicy and refreshing. Slightly bitter. Delicious and quite beautiful.
(7) means the rice polishing ratio is in the 70% range, and there are also (6) and (5).
Purchase at the sake brewery.
Near Shibu Onsen (hot spring). When I visited 2 years ago, there was not much sake available, but now that a new brand has been introduced, there is a good selection.
Engi era (901.7.15-923.4.11)
Alcohol smell. Slightly twitchy aroma. Dry with a firm taste.
The directly-managed store has a stylish interior. The view is nice in a hot spring resort area. Since it is located near Nakano City, it is a good place to visit together with Seimasamune, Iwashimizu, Shigaizumi, and Tenryohomare.
The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. I heard that sake is only distributed around Shiga Kogen. I have never seen it. Beer is sold around there, though.
