The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. It is not flashy but it is an excellent sake that goes well with meals. It is an excellent sake.

This is a sake from Kochi that is not often seen here. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is not fruity and has a nice, crisp junmai sake feel. The water must be good. It has a wonderful sharpness.

Capacity:1800ml 2,080yen Kikusui Shuzo's Junmai Ginjo-shu, Shimanto River, is a refreshing junmai ginjo-shu made from popular sake brewing rice (Yamadanishiki) polished to 60%. It is brewed with polished rice, koji, yeast, and clean natural water. It has a sharp, dry taste and is good with strong-flavored foods, fried tofu, etc.
