Shimantugawa Junmai Ginjo-shu, Tosa Tanrei brewing, 14-15%, 60%, 720ml, 1100 yen My father bought this at the Co-op. The light blue bottle gives the impression of a clean taste. It is light and dry, classic and easy to drink even for the elderly. Personally, I prefer it slightly chilled. The rice used is Yamada. I wonder how they can make such a low-priced Yamada, even if it is a special grade A rice or produced in a different region, or mass-produced. This is 1,100 yen! The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. It is not flashy but it is an excellent sake that goes well with meals. It is an excellent sake.
