Fukushima yeast <Utsukushima Yume Yeast> was flown in space and cultivated after its return and distributed to 31 sake breweries in Fukushima (it is written in the description). This sake is made with it. It is dry and has a strong alcohol content of 18%, so enjoy it in small sips.
Soft mouthfeel and robust flavor. The taste is sharp and sharp. Well, I don't really like the aftertaste.
