From the aroma I imagined it would be dry, but it wasn't that hot and had a nice balance of sweetness.
I had it at room temperature, but I thought it might be good to warm it up a bit. It was a set of three bottles for a tour of famous places, so I think I'll enjoy it in different ways.
This is one of the three bottles that were delivered at the "2nd Fukushima Sake Aid Live ~ with Fukushima Sake Festival" this weekend. This is a fantastic sake that is mostly consumed in Iwaki. I wasn't sure whether to drink it cold or warm, so I tried it raw, which was the right choice. It has a nice balance of mild sweetness, richness, and spiciness, with an aroma of rice and a light mouthfeel. It is a gem to savor slowly with a hot pot.
