This is my first time to try Oita's sake, and I've been very happy from the first time I met them. The Hamashima Shuzo brewery that brews this sake, their main brand name seems to be "Takaraiya". I want to drink this one too if I find it.
It says "Oita Mitsui" on the label, which I thought was the name of the place, but it's the name of the rice. I've never heard of it before, and it's amazing that they grow their own 100% rice.
The Ghibli analogy is the scene in Red Pig, where Porco shows up in Gina's garden in a flying boat, but ends up going without getting off. It's sweet and just a little bit complicated. It's lovely.
