Personally, I don't hate it. In fact, I might even like it.
The color is a slightly dark amber.
The mouthfeel is like that of noble rot wine, but not sweet. (There is a little sweetness from the rice, though.)
The taste is similar to old Awamori wine, but milder than Awamori.
I think it can be enjoyed as a variant.
I think it was a slightly yellow image.
It is dry and refreshing on the palate.
You can feel the aroma of the rice, and it seems to go well with seafood.
It has the feeling of so-called sake, but it has a little bit of alcohol and amino acid like mirin.
The color is clean and clear.
Smooth mouthfeel and rich ginjo aroma.
Refreshing fruity like muscat.
I think it's a good match for both seafood and meat.
