温度低いと酸味が強くて苦手な感じだったけど、開栓して数日すると落ち着いてきたのか丸みが出てきた。
そして、温度が上がると甘みも出て飲みやすい。
若いバナナって感じかな。
美味しゅうございました。

純米吟醸と同じく、甘み先行の味わい。余韻としては苦味、酸味がこちらが強いか。
香りも華やかで鑑定書にもあったバナナなどの果物の爽やかな香り。

口に含むとわずかな酸味、苦味を感じるが甘みかしっかりとしている。
どこかチーズ、ヨーグルトのような酸を思わせる香り。
きれいなは反対の感じで良い店で飲むよりゆっくりと家でグダグダ飲みたくなる味わい。
