Manbo, Sapporo also refrain from serving alcohol
A variety of popular drinks are chilled in the basement of Daimaru.
I got a gold one among them.
I had it with the side dish in the hotel.
Light and fruity like Daiginjo!
Two glasses at once!

I rarely drink daiginjo, but when I saw the price of a junmai daiginjo at just under 1700 yen, I bought it. It's a Fukushima sake, so I guess it's not too far off.
There was almost no aroma when I opened the bottle. However, when you put it in your mouth, it has a nice ginjo aroma. It is like a Junmai Daiginjo.
It also tastes like a legitimate junmai-daiginjo. It is clean and free of miscellaneous flavors.
It is quite a bargain to be able to enjoy Junmai Daiginjo at this price.
I like it better when it has more miscellaneous flavors and a milder aroma, so it gets 2/5 stars from me personally, but I'm sure it will be a hit with the general public. Best of all, the price is great.
Light and dry.
The acidity comes a little bit as if remembering after drinking.
When it passes through the nose, it smells like apricot bean curd.
I had it cold, but it corresponds well to the octopus sashimi with a strong taste.

Ginger Ponzu
Clean and easy to drink.
It has a lychee-like aroma and a banana-like sweetness.
It's dry on the throat, but you can feel the sourness and sweetness.
I personally like it better when the temperature rises a little and it's closer to room temperature.
