Drink cold
Mellow ginjo aroma.
A strong umami flavor in the mouth.
Brilliant, with a strong sharpness.
Not too dry, with a clear aftertaste.
Pair it with sashimi, but you don't feel much pairing.
Seems to be good with French and Italian cuisine.
Warmed to lukewarm
The aroma is very strong.
The sweetness is quite pronounced.
Even if it is heated, the sweetness is still strong.
Tastes better cold.
