Yuri Junmai Daiginjo Gohyakumangoku 2023BY✨
It was made in September last year and I want to drink it 😅.
It was brewed by a female toji, a mother and daughter 😀.
The color tone is light nigori, and the aroma is mild, ranging from gourd aroma to
Kemi aroma. The taste is characterized by a soft melon-like sweet and acidic attack and is very easy to drink 😋, but the aftertaste is sharp and clean with a spiciness that feels fresh and dignified 👍.
After all, Fukushima's sake has many layers 😊.

I went there for the Aizu Nakasyo, but the woman who helped me introduced it as "named after me," so I bought this one without hesitation: ☝️

It's a very smooth and easy to drink without sacrificing the flavor of the rice, perfect for the hot season 😊.

The toji himself was present at the Keikyu tasting to explain and purchase the sake. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized version of the Junmai Daiginjo that was served at a dinner party with former President Trump.
Comparing the two, I found this one to be more aromatic, mellow, and more to my liking. I preferred this one because it is a junmai daiginjo with a gentler feel that can only be produced by a female toji.

After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama.
I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found.
They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho!
I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians!
It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink.
It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.
