(My opinion after drinking it)
Yuri" is brewed by the female toji of Aizu Nakasyo. I wanted to try this sake. It looks clear and colorless. It has a slight ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and spiciness are neutral to slightly dry. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. The taste is similar to that of Sawaya Matsumoto, which we compared together.

My wife was coming back from Hyogo and I went to the airport to pick her up, but she went away to get some sake, so I'm going to be late 😓.
We arrived at the airport and met at the entrance of the facility after a long time 😂.
Wife "Normally you wait for them to come out at the takeoff gate and reunite with them ⁉️ I was so surprised 💢"
Me "I was under that impression too 😅"
I'm suddenly pissed 😁.
I was going to prepare a feast, but I thought a normal home-cooked meal using local salmon etc. would be better 🎵.
The 551 fried rice that I got as a souvenir was so good that I ate all of it 😋.
The toast was our first "Yuri" ❗My daughter's knowledge from Tokyo University of Agriculture combined with my mother's know-how 🍶 I thought it would be a perfect toast for my wife's return 🎵.
I also like the name Yuri-chan 😳JD 💕I wonder if she has already graduated 🤔.
Gentle and smooth on the palate! I can feel the femininity in this area 👯It has a sharp alcohol feel like Gohyakumangoku and has a good sharpness👍.
Goes well with a meal ✨.
