The trophies from our recent petit expedition 🍶✨. I heard from a junior colleague in Fukushima that this is the best one~⤴️ and I happened to run into it at the brewery, so I got it without hesitation. Light, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨. @Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

The toji himself was present at the Keikyu tasting to explain and purchase the sake. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized version of the Junmai Daiginjo that was served at a dinner party with former President Trump. Comparing the two, I found this one to be more aromatic, mellow, and more to my liking. I preferred this one because it is a junmai daiginjo with a gentler feel that can only be produced by a female toji.

(My opinion after drinking it) Yuri" is brewed by the female toji of Aizu Nakasyo. I wanted to try this sake. It looks clear and colorless. It has a slight ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and spiciness are neutral to slightly dry. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. The taste is similar to that of Sawaya Matsumoto, which we compared together.
