It was brewed by a female toji, a mother and daughter 😀.
The color tone is light nigori, and the aroma is mild, ranging from gourd aroma to
Kemi aroma. The taste is characterized by a soft melon-like sweet and acidic attack and is very easy to drink 😋, but the aftertaste is sharp and clean with a spiciness that feels fresh and dignified 👍.
After all, Fukushima's sake has many layers 😊.
