The aroma after opening the bottle was slightly sweet 🤔.

The aroma of this Koshino Hatsubai was not so strong, but the taste in the mouth was mild and free of any unpleasant flavors. It has a mild taste with no cloying taste on the palate and a refreshing taste down the throat 🍶.
I would like to drink more than just one glass of this sake.

I was still a minor in 1987 when the first try of snow storage was made at a brewery in my hometown of Ojiya, but I remember that Takai-san started snow storage.
I remember when Takanoi started snow storage. I'm not sure if it's the first time I've ever had it at home 😌.
The effect of storing in snow? I'm not sure,
It's quite nice 👍, with a light, clean, and mellow feel to it.
Many snacks such as boiled egg, dumpling 🥟 soup, cold tofu, etc 😊.
