It's a thick and spicy sake with a bitter aftertaste, but it's unique!
The mature bitterness remained for a while.
Kimchi and I had been fighting in our mouths for a while, but this was an addictive combination.
This brewery doesn't have a website and there's not a lot of information about it, so I don't know what other brands they have, but I'm very interested in it!
