It has a samurai-like design and a blood splattering color, and it has a sake level of +15! I couldn't help but be curious about this one, so I bought it! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was dry. It also has a savory aroma like steamed rice. The dry, light flavor and the richness of Junmai are well balanced on the palate, giving it a slippery sensation. The acidity also makes it taste slightly citrus-like 🍊. It smells like ginjo, and in a good way, it is not like Junmai! The aftertaste is also refreshing and easy to drink from start to finish👍. I thought it would be a simple dry sake, but it was surprisingly fruity and refreshingly delicious!

During my trip to Kusatsu Onsen, I went to a bar near Yubatake. I was so excited and was fascinated by the atmosphere and the name of the place 😝"Secret Gen"...cool ✨. I had to try it! I was even more excited because it was my first time to try the "mokkiri" style. I'm actually a little nervous...how do you drink this? I'm a little nervous... How do you drink this? It's fruity, but it's crisp, dry, and sinks in. I usually drink at home, so sometimes drinking outside like this doubles the flavor ♨The hot water in Kusatsu helps to create the atmosphere. It was a lovely drink ✨ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Have a happy Christmas 🎄🎅 everyone!

Drinking at home in Takasaki Purchased by my partner at a local supermarket called Fressey. The date of manufacture is written as 2022.12, which is a year ago. The fact that it was left at room temperature suggests that it had probably been unsold for a year 🤔. The initial mouthfeel is not bad, although it is indeed a bit twisted. I would like to try it at least once when the temperature is better controlled and it hasn't been out of the warehouse that long 😓.

Today I started a light trip to Kusatsu! I bought a bottle of sake at the Asama Sake Brewery Tourist Center for the first time! I will enjoy it with a sake cup from the same brewery! The aroma is not so great, probably because it's a hiraibai! The taste has a nice sweetness from the rice, and then it finishes dry! There is no strange residue, and it's very refreshing! This is a good sake for a meal.

Asama Sake Brewery Gunma This sake brewery was founded in 1872. The sake is a solid Junmai (pure rice) brewery with a long-established history, yellowish in color as in the past. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of old-fashioned yellowish color, It also has a fruity aroma, It is well-balanced. Good with squid rings!

It was left in the hallway for a year and a half. It has a slightly yellowish color and is a delicious sake. There is a slight sweetness on the palate, but there is also a slightly spicy aftertaste. Maybe it would have been better to warm it up?
