On the way home from the hospital, and in the rain due to a typhoon, I stopped by the Tatebayashi Ekimae store 😆.
I ordered Higen, a Gunma sake that was not on the menu 🍶.
Later, I noticed that AsamaVind was written in three-dimensional letters on the left side of the label.

This sake was found in a supermarket during a trip to Kusatsu. It does not appear to be listed on the manufacturer's website.

Hiragana label that seems to have been recently released. The letters are written even unevenly and were clearly visible after condensation.
The aroma is little but sweet. Pale sweet and sour when chilled, soft sweetness lingers gradually when near room temperature. Perhaps due to the hue of the label, one could sense grapes in the distance.
As the label says that the pairing was carefully thought out, it can be matched with various dishes. The taste is a little different from Hakurakusei and Kurakusei.

It is dry and can be served hot or cold.
It is a classical type of sake.
Tonight, I will drink it with simmered gindara (cod).
