It was sold with a cloth bag on it. It is a Gunma sake. The pattern on the bag looks like the guitar pattern of Hotei, who is from Gunma. I wonder if it was designed with him in mind.
Aroma: Modest but fresh rice aroma. It has a simple and gentle impression rather than the flamboyance of a ginjo-style sake.
Taste: It is refreshing and light to drink. It has a good balance of umami and acidity, and has few quirks, making it easy to pair with any dish.
☆☆☆☆
It's dry but goes down easy.
It's easy to drink because it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste in the second half.
I bought this on the way back from Kusatsu Onsen.
