I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......

Nice to meet you too, Mr. Uonuma. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry. It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away. This is quite a tasty dry 🍶✨. I think my dad would like it.

Simple flavor of rice, Junmai-shu that reassures the palate. Aromatic body, but clean and elegant. Sake rice → Koji rice: Gohyakumangoku, Kake rice: Koshibuki, etc. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Yeast → Association No. 901 Alcohol content→15.5%. Sake meter degree→+1 Acidity→1.3 Amino acidity→1.4

It goes without saying. Uonuma de Doryo. It is no exaggeration to say that you can always find this sake in the Chuetsu area. It's really delicious. I like that they sell small bottles with cups.

At a dinner party with people who don't drink sake at all, I gulped it down by myself. This sake is sold only in certain areas of Niigata, and it seems that only certain areas in Niigata distribute it. I was surprised to find such a sake available in my neighborhood. It is a delicious sake with the sweetness and flavor of rice. Too bad I can't share the taste with the person I'm drinking it with.

This sake is sold only in the Uonuma area of Niigata. It is served at room temperature. No peculiarities, no aftertaste, and a spicy thirst-quenching taste. Goes well with any dish! A beautiful junmai sake with a slight sweetness of rice. It is really easy to drink and delicious. It gets even sweeter when it is put in a tokkuri and exposed to air. We had it with smoked egg and chilled tofu filled with bonito flakes.

I found it in a small store at the Hotel SAKAEYA at the entrance of Iwahara Ski Resort. The name gave me the vibe that it was a story, but when I looked it up, it turned out to be a local sake sold only in Niigata. According to a certain introduction site, it is not sold on Rakuten or Amazon either. When you are told that, the taste and flavor of the sake increases, and that's just human nature.
