I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......

Nice to meet you too, Mr. Uonuma. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry. It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away. This is quite a tasty dry 🍶✨. I think my dad would like it.

This drink is amazing! The sweetness, spiciness, and acidity feel well balanced. And it's not that expensive. It's only available locally, so I'm jealous.
