At a dinner party with people who don't drink sake at all, I gulped it down by myself.
This sake is sold only in certain areas of Niigata, and it seems that only certain areas in Niigata distribute it. I was surprised to find such a sake available in my neighborhood. It is a delicious sake with the sweetness and flavor of rice. Too bad I can't share the taste with the person I'm drinking it with.

This sake is sold only in the Uonuma area of Niigata.
It is served at room temperature.
No peculiarities, no aftertaste, and a spicy thirst-quenching taste.
Goes well with any dish!
A beautiful junmai sake with a slight sweetness of rice.
It is really easy to drink and delicious.
It gets even sweeter when it is put in a tokkuri and exposed to air.
We had it with smoked egg and chilled tofu filled with bonito flakes.
