Hakkaiyama Junmai-shu, sold only in the Uonuma area.
It is crisp and spicy with a clean finish.
Not too spicy.
I'd like to have some strong-flavored snacks, such as karaumi (dried mullet roe).
I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......
I'm out drinking with work friends today 😁.
Uonuma de Doryo!
It is served at room temperature!
It goes well with food.
Tastes like lemon juice with less sourness 😎.
Sweet bitterness has appeared.
Drinking it with a meal washed out the taste in my mouth and left me with no end to it.
The base of the flavor is the delicious taste of rice 😋.
Today I was in the mood for a dry sake after a long time, so I had a limited edition Hakkaiyama sake that my father-in-law gave me.
I opened a bottle of Uonuma de Sorou Junmai-shu that my father-in-law gave me.
I have had a bottle of Echigo de Sorou before, but my father-in-law brought me a bottle that is sold only in the region on a trip to the Uonuma area as a souvenir!
It was cold when it was kept in ice cold storage, but when the bottle was opened and the temperature was raised, the sweetness and umami of the rice was gradually brought out and the taste was pleasant!
It was a perfect bottle for a mealtime drink!
