A product limited to the Uonuma area. Whenever I visit Yuzawa area, I always buy this product.
Polishing ratio 60%. It is a reasonable pure rice Hakkaisan, but has a delicious flavor that I like.

When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry.
It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away.
