It's a foamed junmai sake. This sake is made by Mr. Itsuhashi.
It is a little sweet, but this sweetness is exquisitely delicious.
The bubbles are not as fine or strong as champagne, but they are gentle and strong.
The mouthfeel is crisp. It's slightly sweet on the inside, with a refreshing aftertaste.
If I had this, I would buy a larger size.
