Overall 5 (out of 10)
I bought it from Older Brewery😃.
I can feel the alcohol taste along with the spiciness, probably due to the high alcohol content.
The alcohol taste goes away and the spiciness and astringency remain.
It has a classic image.
I enjoyed it chilled.
I was impressed by the aroma of the wine.
-Aroma: Aroma of alcohol and some ginjo aroma
-Aroma: Astringency and spiciness on the nose.

Dry Daiginjo. I was surprised that it was drier than I expected. As expected, the taste lived up to its name. At first I thought it might not be my favorite, but as I got used to it, it became more and more delicious. It goes well with seafood.
The purpose of our visit to Hida Takayama was to tour a sake brewery🎵.
One of the things we were looking forward to was to taste "Hidahomare," a sake brewing rice produced in Gifu Prefecture.
We compared many different types of sake at the brewery, but "Onikoroshi" was dry with a bitter taste unique to Hidahomare, so we bought it immediately!
It was heavy and spicy, and according to the store owner, many sake drinkers like to buy it.
As the label says, it is a heavy and heavy sake. It is also great with fried food and other spicy snacks 👌.
Sake alcohol 18-19%, Sake degree 10, Acidity 1.9,
Amino acidity 1.9
Hidahomare, Polishing ratio 58
Gifu Prefecture, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan - Oota Shuzo Brewery - Genso Onikoroshi Junmai Sake
This is a junmai sake from an old town sake brewery in Takayama City. Hida's sake is a dry, royal roadside sake with a robust, drinkable taste.
It does not have a particularly gorgeous aroma, but it is a sake that can be drunk well.
Hida Takayama Sake Brewery Nonbei Festival 2023
The sixth and last brewery is the Older Sake Brewery. They are famous for their Onikoroshi.
The raged Shuten Dry Sake is said to be super dry, but it is surprisingly refreshing. The nama sake was more matured and robust.
It would be delicious warmed up in winter.
Here, we received a commemorative gift for completing our sake drinking book stamps.
We received a commemorative gift for this accomplishment.
There is another brewery in town, but it did not participate in this event.
I really wanted to stay overnight and enjoy Takayama sake at an izakaya at night, but I had to put up with Takayama ramen for lunch this time 😭.
It seems that each brewery usually has a tasting at their brewery. I always come here only by car, so it was fun to take the train to visit the breweries.
Hi @Mizuhashi, ☀️
Congratulations on the stamp stamp 🎉I like the 6 breweries' individuality in both the sake and the stamp 🎉❣️ and it's worth the train ride if you enjoy it so much 😄👍👍I enjoyed your visit 🙏.

Sake tasted at the Hida Takayama Hakata Festival
Definitely dry. Some people seem to like this kind of sake, but it was just too spicy and I couldn't taste the flavor of the sake for me!
