We bought it at the Oishi Shuzo brewery in Kyoto.
The brewery has moved to Miyama in the north of the city, but we were able to see some interesting materials from the old brewery.
The label says it can be served on the rocks. This is a new sake brewed with new rice from Tamba.
I see, it has a sweet taste with a slight tang. It spreads in the mouth. The 900ml green bottle and the Showa era label are also interesting.
