酸がきゅっときて苦渋さがアフターにかけてくる

角打ちラスト(笑)こちらは熟成酒。旨味タップリなのにスッキリしてます。冷えてるからかな。
燗にしたらまた違った味わいでした。
秋鹿さんは酸度が高く、スッキリ呑めるので良いですね。

視覚から黄色で熟成感あります。酸味とほのかな甘みがあります。お燗でカラメル感が強まりつつ酸味もしっかり。美味しいです。
