Akashi's Local Sake Rairaku Yamadanishiki Junmai 75 The aroma is gentle. Officially, it is said to have a refreshing taste like grapefruit, but personally, I felt the flavor of yogurt. It is so easy to drink that you can enjoy many sips.

One half of the [Sake Supporters] online sake brewery tour souvenir set. Kayashima Shuzo's first unfiltered unpasteurized sake, aged for 2 years at ice temperature. It has a mellow mouthfeel and thick umami. It also has a gorgeous aroma like ripe fruit. Although it is an aged sake, it is not peculiar and easy to drink.

Osaka Akishika Shuzo 100% Yamada Nishiki This is a matured sake of Akishika, which is named "Okushika" if it is matured more than 3 years. The color is light golden. It has a strong flavor and aroma, but the acidity makes the finish tight.
