The 4th is the traditional New Year's Day for all relatives to get together and have a good time 😊.
We reunite with relatives who live in Osaka but don't usually see each other, and relatives who have moved to the Kanto area for work.
They like wine and sake, so we started with a pear 🍐 from Heiroku.
It has a fruity aroma, soft sweetness, and a refreshing sharpness.
The ingredients are rice, koji and pear. Pear 😳, but it is a craft saké, a luxurious bottle.
It is light with a faint, slightly effervescent taste. It is easy to drink and the glass keeps getting empty 😅.

I have not tasted Heiroku Brewery's sake yet 🥲 as Mr. Kawada of chuin used to praise it as well made and I was thinking of drinking it at home.
