I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance.
It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake.
The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.
This is a shot from a sake bar in my hometown that specializes in sake from Hokkaido. The rice, water, and toji (brewer) are all purely produced in Hokkaido. It has a fruity aroma like a daiginjo, but it is thick and dry.
Thick rice flavor and taste, and fruity in the middle feeling. A sharp chilliiness and bitterness. A strong alcohol feeling. It's unique. It's delicious! I didn't know it was possible to make such a taste with rice from Hokkaido... I'll definitely buy it again!
Kitanoshiki Hokuto Zuisou Junmai Ginjo Shizukudori
Kobayashi Shuzo
I got this bottle from a friend.
I couldn't imagine what kind of sake it was from the atmosphere of the bottle.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink like water!
The aroma is a bit like a Cemedine type aroma?
After drinking it, the spiciness comes softly and gently, but at 16% alcohol, I feel like I'll be drunk soon.
It was a very good sake!
Rice polishing ratio 45
Alcohol content 16%.
A memorable drink that I drank at a sushi restaurant in Susukino two years ago.
Hokuto Zuisou
I tried the direct pumping of the three or so types.
It has a strong flavor and a slight chirpy taste.
Don't underestimate the sake of Kuriyama-cho. It's still very good.
I went to a liquor store in Hokkaido and asked for something sweet that you can only buy in Hokkaido, and they gave me the ultimate sake 😂.
I've never heard of it, so I looked it up on Sake no Wa and found a similar sake - my favorite Kawanakajima❗️ so I decided to go for it.
The aroma is different from Genmai, it smells like koji. I think it is. It tastes like a chili banana. Sweet fruity. So far, it doesn't have a Genmai feeling, but the feeling of the middle part of the nose and the lingering bitterness are like Genmai...I think. The bitterness and the alu taste are very strong. Good👍.
Izumi-sama, you're in Sapporo! The clerk said that only a limited number of stores in Hokkaido carry them ^^ Kamikawa Taisetsu was also spectacular with all kinds of them lined up!
