Fruity dry
Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is fruity and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
It is delicious, but all sushi restaurants these days are ordering by tablet. It's a bit away from home for Showa-era old men 🤣.
Purchased on a business trip to Hokkaido.
Although I was a little concerned about the 5.5 production number, I had had it before and enjoyed it.
When I put it in my mouth, it had a sake-like taste. I wonder if it is good with food?
It is rich with a delicious flavor! This is the sake that awakened me to sake! I tried it again, and it's delicious!

A rare sake grown by the people of Hokkaido. Difficult to obtain. We visited Kobayashi Sake Brewery and got it. This sake is full of Hokkaido. I will drink it with care. (But it is a secret that it is so refreshing and easy to drink that it was quickly emptied.)
Ingredients: Rice (Hokkaido rice), Rice Koji (Hokkaido rice)
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: 45
Fruity aroma of melon!
Mellow fermented taste with a clean umakuchi!
There is also a sense of alcohol and bitterness.
It is so smooth that you can enjoy it with a meal.
