I couldn't forget "Hokuto Zuisho" which I drank in Sapporo, so I visited the brewery for the first time and bought it. It is slightly yellow and you can taste the rice flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink. Kobayashi Sake Brewery is the oldest sake brewery in Hokkaido🍶. It has a history of being loved by coal miners in modern Japan.

I had a bottle of Hokuto Zuisho, a sake from Yubari, Hokkaido. The shape of the label is distinctive, but due to my insensitive palate, I could not taste any particular characteristics. Degree of liking ★☆☆☆☆☆☆

It is a limited edition sake sold only at a very few distributors in Hokkaido. It has a clean, refreshing flavor and fruity aroma. Delicious!

As is typical of Hokkaido's dry sake, it is refreshing on the palate, but you can also taste the umami flavor. It is indeed a junmai daiginjo.
