It was being pushed strongly at the liquor store, so I bought it to try it out. It was the first time I had heard the term "first drink out. I guess there are a lot of people who want to drink sake at its best.
Although the label said that the best sake was selected and commercialized, I couldn't feel what was special to my palate. It was just a delicious sake that tasted good. It had a softness that is typical of Miyamanishiki.
