I bought this a long time ago when I went for a day trip to explore the high mountains.
Strong richness and sweetness that comes after a gentle mouthfeel.
A safe win with kimchi cold tofu, shellfish strings, and baby star.
It was delicious.
I asked for something "not too sweet, not too dry" and this is what I got! It was fruity but easy to drink, like a white wine made easy to drink!
Sushi
Also at Kuwabara Shoten.
The aroma is refreshing, not unlike junmai sake.
The taste is sweet and juicy. It tastes sweet and juicy, like the sweetness of white wine made into sake.
It is a mysterious junmai sake.
Wine-like sake is becoming more and more common, but this is a delicious sake.
Slightly tangy on the tongue
Strong rice flavor, little sweetness
Bitter, strong, leaving a pleasant caramelized bitterness!
A rare sensation!
It is a rare and delicious sake.
I think this is possible, but I didn't like it. It has a refreshing taste, but for me, it has too much sweetness at the end. It is good to drink with people who like such drinks.
This was not Tenryo Shuzo's "Hidahomare" but Nakajima Brewery's "Kozaemon". I made the mistake because "Hidahomare" is used for the rice, and it is written most prominently on the label. My apologies.
