I stopped by a liquor store for the first time in a while and saw the new Saku sake on the shelf, so I picked it up without thinking. The last time I drank Saku, I was under the impression that it was not that good...but how about this time? I was relieved to find that it was quite fruity, not too sweet, easy to drink, and just plain delicious. The sake in the third photo was made at the brewery where my classmate who lived next door to me when I was a child, when I lived in an apartment complex, is currently working. I don't know him at all now, and the details are a personal story, so I'll spare you the details, but his mother sent it to me via my mother. I was surprised when I took a sip and thought "What the heck is this? I don't know what to do.

I saw it when I bought Aizu Nakasyo and was curious about it, so I came back to the store and bought it again. I don't know if it's because it's a raw sake or because it's a Yamadaho, but it has a rich flavor, like the Raifuku I've had so far. I would like to try another label if I see it.

I was attracted by its cool appearance and bought it. On the first day after opening the bottle, I thought the sweet aftertaste was similar to the Daiginjo from Kita Akita that I had the other day, but when I looked at the label on the back, I saw the words "brewer's alcohol. To be honest, I thought it was a bit subtle, but after the second day, I enjoyed it to a certain extent. The Kita-Akita had a light base flavor and a strange sweetness that stood out, while this one had a mellow flavor that I didn't mind so much... I feel like I'm writing about something too vague.

A clear, clean, beautiful sake! At first I thought it was light and sweet, but the image has a slightly bitter and mature aftertaste. It has a light mouthfeel with acidity. É The rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is a daiginjo spec. Still, I wonder if the flavor is not cut down more than necessary. Still, Fukushima has many beautiful sake! Sasamasamune Shuzo was founded in 1818, but "Sasamune" has been the brand name since 2014. It seems to be a sake created by young successors joining forces with skilled brewers (from the back of the label).
