We received this sake from Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, through the Furusato tax payment. This sake is too easy to drink and has a sweet taste and sweet aroma. It was served with salted squid and home-made cucumber cucumber pickles. It was delicious.

I bought this a long time ago when I went for a day trip to explore the high mountains. Strong richness and sweetness that comes after a gentle mouthfeel. A safe win with kimchi cold tofu, shellfish strings, and baby star. It was delicious.

Returned home on a business trip. Koshikoi, which happened to be at my parents' house. Standard class, The sake's thickening lingered afterwards and the snacks went well. Edamame and nukazuke (pickles). It was delicious.

Selected at a liquor store during a business trip to Yamagata. It has a refreshingly fruity taste with a firm, sweet aftertaste. I served it with stir-fried dark-flavored purple radish and salted squid. It was delicious.
