Slightly tangy on the tongue
Strong rice flavor, little sweetness
Bitter, strong, leaving a pleasant caramelized bitterness!
A rare sensation!
It is a rare and delicious sake.
I think this is possible, but I didn't like it. It has a refreshing taste, but for me, it has too much sweetness at the end. It is good to drink with people who like such drinks.
This was not Tenryo Shuzo's "Hidahomare" but Nakajima Brewery's "Kozaemon". I made the mistake because "Hidahomare" is used for the rice, and it is written most prominently on the label. My apologies.
W HIDA HOMARE Amateur drinker's comment.
It is very easy to drink, has a slight aroma, and a rich taste like a daiginjo spreads to the mouth. It's been a while since I've encountered a sake with a good flavor and just a hint of spiciness. Thank you.
Additional information: The meaning of "W" is Watanabe (Watanabe Brewery), World (for the world market), and finally Warai (comedy).
Hidahomare from Gifu Prefecture is used. It was quite dry like Tenryo. I bought it by crowdfunding. Isn't it a good price? The label is also interesting.
Purchased at Mitsukoshi in Hoshigaoka
A 55% polished Junmai Ginjo made with Hidahomare from Gifu Hida.
A limited number of bottles of Junmai Ginjo brewed with sterile water.
The ginjo aroma spreads slowly and smoothly.
There is no unpleasant fruity taste, and there is no unpleasant taste or miscellaneous taste at all.
I'm glad I bought it. It was really delicious.
About 1700 yen.
The salesman recommended the Daiginjo Shizuku sake, but
I'm glad I bought this one.
Thank you for the food.
