Purchased at Mitsukoshi in Hoshigaoka
A 55% polished Junmai Ginjo made with Hidahomare from Gifu Hida.
A limited number of bottles of Junmai Ginjo brewed with sterile water.
The ginjo aroma spreads slowly and smoothly.
There is no unpleasant fruity taste, and there is no unpleasant taste or miscellaneous taste at all.
I'm glad I bought it. It was really delicious.
About 1700 yen.
The salesman recommended the Daiginjo Shizuku sake, but
I'm glad I bought this one.
Thank you for the food.

I've gotten into the habit of comparing flavors lately😅.
Today's Viridian coupling is Hidahomare. I have a weakness for limited editions (lol)
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's also delicious. You will be able to drink it with high tension like "sake banzai 😆".
The label on the back of the bottle is written in English, which reminded me of a colleague of mine from Sydney who loves sake. He said that he likes spicy sake that is as light as water, so I thought we don't have the same taste (lol), but I want to introduce him to the evolved world of sake and ask him what he thinks 😆.
Quite frankly, it's easy to drink!
Aromatic with melon. The stability of the fire. Great balance of sweetness, umami, and sharpness.
This time, it was a marriage with sardine dumpling.
When you enjoy it alternately with the texture of the skin of the dumpling, it is endless...
We had a good encounter this evening.
