Old pine is a sweet sake. This sweet sake is delicious.
It also has a little bitterness, and surprisingly, the aftertaste is delicious, with no sweetness remaining, only a lingering aftertaste!
When I poured it into a sake cup, I was surprised by its banana-like aroma! When I drank it, I was surprised again by its melon-like flavor! And the taste is still dry!

I found this one at Old Pine.
I wanted to buy a bottle of Honjozo sake, so I bought it right away!
The price is reasonable, but the ginjo-shu blend makes it a bit luxurious!
The aroma is very dry and the taste is just as it should be.

I went to the Hakusetsu Sake Festival and tasted it in front of the direct sales store and bought it because it was delicious. I didn't have a good image of Laematsu, but after drinking it, my image changed. It is a refreshing and fruity sake with a nice aftertaste. It has a nice aftertaste. The cost is very reasonable. From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat.
It is also good as heated sake.

First, we went to Konishi Shuzo.
For 100 yen, you can try 6 kinds of sake.
After tasting 5 kinds, I was asked curiously why I removed one kind. It didn't make sense 💧.
Itami Morohaku was my favorite ^ ^.
Then we went to Old Pine.
When we entered the store, we saw customers leaving 200 yen on the counter and having the store staff pour a paper cup full of sake and walk away.
I looked closer and saw that the tasting was limited to Saturdays and Sundays, and for 200 yen you could sample 150 ml of three different types of sake! So, I tasted the first shibori.
It has a mild and smooth taste.
It has a refreshing acidity and a savory sweet taste. It has a rich and mellow taste with a strong rice flavor.
But it has a fine, fizzy bitterness and a piquant spiciness that leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
However, the alcohol content of 19-20% is too high, making it a dangerous lunchtime drink.
