One of the sake lovers in the company requested to have a drink for the first time in a while, and I went to a sake costing brewery for the first time. We had a premium all-you-can-drink course. It came in small 100ml bottles, and we shared it with an inokuchi (cup) and discussed our impressions, which was more fun than expected. ❗️ It seems that Takahashi Sake Brewery of "Choryo" in Nagaoka, Niigata Prefecture is brewing original sake, and the unfamiliar brands are of high quality and fun👍. 81, I guess the origin of Eight One is definitely Aizu Yaichi, a poet associated with Niigata Prefecture😊.
