I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.
