Junmai Ginjyo Genshu Musashino White Rice polishing: 60 Alcohol: 16% abv. At a Japanese restaurant in Saitama. Several repertoire of quintessential local sake. Nigorigo and cloudy color. Very fruity and sweet aroma. The taste is also a little sweet, but refreshing and tasty 👍.

Opened July 13, 2022 Asahara Sake Brewery, Saitama Purchased at an event at Ikesan Park It's a big hit ❗️If you think the sweetness spreads quickly, it seems to immediately explode with citrus-like acidity ^^^The bitterness at the end is quite effective w the second half, it's like biting into a lemon 🍋. It's sinking in, this one.
