This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store when I told them I prefer sweet sake.
It has a fruity pineapple and grain aroma, and a gorgeous, juicy flavor. It was a powerful sake with a freshness like nama-zake, but with acidity, sweetness, and a bitterness in the latter half. It was a treat 😊.
