Timeline
海の男I am writing this here because there is no brand name registered. It is not a "sake" because it contains sugar and acidifiers, but I happened to have it on hand.
The alcohol content is 19%, and the rice polishing ratio is not stated. It is fairly sweet. The sugar content is quite high at 14.6%, but it doesn't taste that much. It is like a sweet shochu. So I drank it with carbonated water, but when I drank it again about a week later, it tasted better. I felt it could be a good sake without sugar or acidifiers if it was serious. What a waste. モイストIt has no peculiarities in a good or bad way. It can be drunk cold or warmed up. まっきぃYamadanishiki, an inexpensive and favorite at Aeon. Umai!

Sweet. Delicious. LUCFER1 gou? Alcohol 16%, 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 72% polished rice ratio. It has a slight dryness from Yamada-Nishiki, but it also has a surprising acidity. It's refreshing and not bad! HeroyuiAt a standing bar in Shinbashi.
The aroma is acidic.
The strong acidity is followed by a sharp and short bitter aftertaste.
It also goes well with fatty salmon flounder. みちのくひとり暮らしAt an all-you-can-drink pub.
Probably about 65% when polished.
It is a little heavy and has a strong flavor.

Purchased at Al Plaza. It is a cheap sake of a major company. The fact that it is junmai sake in a bottle gives it more atmosphere than paper packs. I think the cheap version of local sake sold in the local area is its rival.
