This is Yone Hitotsu Junmai Sake from Koyama Honke Shuzo. You can buy it at the supermarket for about 1,000 yen a bottle. It is a sake brewed with natural water. The aroma is mild and the sake is full of rice-like flavor.
I won't recommend this to everyone as it's a bottle, but it's delicious on the second day of opening and storing at room temperature 😋 I was caught off guard 😆.
What a stinky, dark, delicious sake in the 500 yen range. Luxurious to be able to drink Junmai at this price. Very persistent sake that leaves an aftertaste!
We bought it at a nearby supermarket due to the continuous self-restraint.
Junmai-shu It was a delicious sake with a hidden sharpness in the taste of the rice.
The rice polishing ratio is 82%, which is a light polishing ratio, but it doesn't make you feel that way.
There is a faint bite to it.
There was not much flavor and it was watery.
It was not as bad as the cheap sake sold at the izakaya, but it did not taste like what we expect from a junmai sake.
It was just a cheap sake.
It cost me about 700 yen.
This kind of sake becomes milder when it's heated. When I tried it, the guttiness went away and it became easier to drink, but it didn't have much of a flavor or sweetness, so it felt like you were drinking it somehow. It doesn't have a lot of flavor and sweetness, so it's not too bad for a side dish.
