The image of the gold crested world hawk, the Koyama head family's rice is the first of its kind. In terms of stations, Nishi-Omiya Station on the Kawagoe Line is the closest. I thought there might be no registration for Sake no Wa, but there was a registration, 33 check-ins, and a review by Oyaji-san. Meat and tofu with fish broth, sashimi and more.

I drank a little too much while warming myself up with hot sake and watching soccer, and it stayed with me until the morning. Hot sake is good on a cold night. I'll have to prepare some fugu (blowfish) fillet sake soon.

I was running out of booze at home, so I made a quick purchase 🏚️. I chose this one because it was cheap ✖️pure rice 😣. Slightly refreshing ✨. For being about 80%, it's very clear and shows great flavor 🍚. You can't underestimate the cheapness of sake these days 🍶💴.

Today's snack is Fukui heshiko. Tomatoes, octopus, sweet potatoes, shimeji mushrooms, and suji meat oden that took a long time to prep. I'll have some 🍴🙏🍴🙏.

I like to drink junmai sake warm, so I tried it lukewarm. It goes well with teriyaki yellowtail. A little light on the palate.

This is Yone Hitotsu Junmai Sake from Koyama Honke Shuzo. You can buy it at the supermarket for about 1,000 yen a bottle. It is a sake brewed with natural water. The aroma is mild and the sake is full of rice-like flavor.

What a stinky, dark, delicious sake in the 500 yen range. Luxurious to be able to drink Junmai at this price. Very persistent sake that leaves an aftertaste!
