2nd cup of brewery tasting 😆 Rather yellow 😳, tastes like it's meant to be heated. Mellow and gradually delicious. I think it's probably not at its full potential in a cold tasting.

We visited the brewer of Kuroishi Yakisoba Sake and had a tasting 😅First, Special Junmai 🍶 Light and dry. More full-bodied than the yakisoba sake ✨.
Chose this one as a souvenir. Later we drank it at home. It is light and refreshing to drink. A little lactic acidity on the palate. Rather dry. Warmed up to 60 degrees, it is gentle and sweet. Sweetness. Pleasant acidity. Definitely warmed. Goes well with sliced salmon - different from kipper.
