Junmai 🍶賜✨ Otona no Holiday Club, Aomori Complete Trip 🚃Day 3 2nd cup of brewery tasting 😆 Rather yellow 😳, tastes like it's meant to be heated. Mellow and gradually delicious. I think it's probably not at its full potential in a cold tasting. Tasting at Narumi Brewery @ Kuroishi 20240128

Special Junmai 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip 🚃Day 3 We visited the brewer of Kuroishi Yakisoba Sake and had a tasting 😅First, Special Junmai 🍶 Light and dry. More full-bodied than the yakisoba sake ✨. Chose this one as a souvenir. Later we drank it at home. It is light and refreshing to drink. A little lactic acidity on the palate. Rather dry. Warmed up to 60 degrees, it is gentle and sweet. Sweetness. Pleasant acidity. Definitely warmed. Goes well with sliced salmon - different from kipper. #Ginza 7-chome# T&FU w/a/small/sake/river Continuing the Aomori series, "Kikunoi Hisa◯". The first half was very rich, so this was a light drink. It's a gentle sake 😆.
