However, I felt relieved that the common "SAKE" taste was suppressed.

The umami is rising, but the Alc is easy to be found in the back.

I think the cheap aroma and the smooth aftertaste are the reason why this wine is not rated well.
Anyway, watch out for this chemical-like sublimation smell. ❗️
