We drank this sake at a food stall on our trip to Hakata. Unfortunately I only took a picture of the menu, but it was a dry sake that goes well with oden and yakitori.

When I drank it, it was thin? I felt it was watery
but after a while
but after a little while, my stomach got all warm and fuzzy!
I drank it with cheese.
It became delicious!
snacks are important😊.
For myself. Junmai Ginjo Sake. The alcohol content is more than 15 degrees and less than 16 degrees. Fukuoka. Rice polishing ratio 60%. It is said to be slightly dry and slightly mellow, but it is slightly sweet and slightly mellow.
The aroma is moderate. Not going to creamy, but sweet. Sweet and quite easy to drink. 79 points
Hakata no Mori with liver, skin and roe from Hakata fish.
Although it is said to be super dry, it is easy to drink with a refreshing aftertaste and goes well with well-flavored snacks. This is a sake you've known for a long time, and if you're not sure what to do with it, try this. Serve it cold rather than warmed up.
Dry and crisp, this is truly a man's sake.
It was given to me by a junior colleague from Fukuoka Prefecture.
I also made a mentaiko sauce and enjoyed it with chicken, scallops and fried bitter melon.
