For myself. Junmai Ginjo Sake. The alcohol content is more than 15 degrees and less than 16 degrees. Fukuoka. Rice polishing ratio 60%. It is said to be slightly dry and slightly mellow, but it is slightly sweet and slightly mellow.

初めて入ったお店に日本酒がたくさん入った冷蔵庫があり大興奮。無い銘柄も多かったもののお勧めされたこちらを。
しっかりお米の香り。辛口の要素を感じないくらいにはスッキリ。焼き鳥(ハツ/しいたけ)に合わせると甘さを感じるくらい。単体で飲むと確かにピリピリ辛口感はあるものの、すいすい美味しくいただける。やっぱり日本酒は良いなあ。
