The brewer's hidden sake, the best dry sake!
The legendary and charismatic master brewer is not willing to sell his best sake.
It is a dry sake, but the umami and sweetness of the rice are slightly sweet, and it has a strong taste and core unlike overly light sake.

I've had the same brewery's Double Brew twice, but this was my first time. I bought it because I didn't think I would find it very often.
The aroma is a bit floral, with a delicious rice flavor. It is clean and dry, but also modern. The aftertaste is very dry. It tastes better when drunk at a slightly higher temperature.
