Purchased at a roadside station in Gifu and Shirotori during a trip to Hokuriku.
I was drawn to it by the hidden sake and the summer-only version.
It has a mellow, umami taste for its name.
If anything, it is a sweet sake.
It was a gift from a relative😄I was so excited because it matched the season perfectly, so I had it right away. It looked colorless, smelled odorless, and tasted great.
It's been a long time since I've had an extra drink.
Dry sake is good.
The aroma is light. It's not that hot, but I think it will get hotter in a few days. It doesn't linger and you can drink it without hesitation.
It is very calm when drunk cold...
I think the spiciness and sharpness will be more pronounced with cold sake.
I had imagined a dry sake that would be more guttural, but it was totally different and easy to drink.
The aroma is soft and easy to drink.
I drank it cold, but it felt somewhat sweet.
The sweetness and a touch of alcohol came in a flash, and the umami spread slowly on the palate, disappearing rather quickly.
It is dry and easy to drink.
