It has a mellow, umami taste for its name.

I've been buying sake from a liquor store, but when I was shopping at a nearby co-op, I stopped by the sake section and noticed a jacket that caught my eye.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a big fan of sake or because I'm not a big fan of sake 🤣.

The aroma is not as strong apple (cape) as Doubleday, but it's a nice similar aroma😊In the mouth, it's crisp as you would expect from a very special dry sake👍I think I like this one😍✨.
