Mellow! There is no tang at all, and the gentle feeling lasts from the mouthfeel to the aftertaste. This is a sake that won a gold medal at the 2020 National New Sake Competition. To be honest, I'm usually not that interested in sake that has won awards like that, but this is really good. It might be one of the best in the history of sake.
sake brewed without addition of saccharides and no more than 120 litres of seed alcohol per tonne
The sweetness is typical of nama-gara-shu. It's good. It's delicious. It is round and has a bit of a ramune flavor. It's full of flavor, but not too heavy. It's delicious. I like it a lot. 88 points

The aroma that rises is a little bit of alcohol tang. There is also a faint aroma of grain.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich taste of rice. It is more like a rich taste than a rich taste.
You can hardly feel the acidity.
It has the taste of traditional sake with strong rice flavor.
It is very similar to Midorikawa Junmai.
Warming it up gives it a strong alcoholic kick, which I don't like.
Cold sake is too hard.
As a result, it was best served at room temperature.
It has an unrefined taste, both good and bad.

A drink you want to drink every day
The sake which I got at Shiguretei.
Handcrafted carefully with only Kitakata rice. In a taste that takes a good balance in a drink, it goes along with any dish. And it was introduced.
It's one of my favorite sake.
A sake from Niigata Nagaoka. It was an easy to drink sake of a refreshing type. Dinner is hand-rolled sushi, the best of the neta of Sabu (a supermarket in Takaoka).
Tonight is also bliss.
