Drink at room temperature. Sweet and fruity.
Drink warmed. The sweetness and fruity flavor has softened to my liking.
Once again, I think I don't like sweet sake.
Purchase of a new bottle of sake
On the way back from taking the TOEIC test, I got off the train and stopped by "Makoto-ya", thinking that it had been a while since I had been in this area and that there was a liquor store that looked good, although I had never been there before.
There were a lot of shochu and some sake to try, but I didn't have anything I wanted to drink, so I wandered around the store. If possible, I wanted to try some of the sake recommended by "Sake-no-wa," but they didn't have any. There are many local sake. I think it is a very good store, but what I want to drink now is not local sake, so I bought "Maruto" and "Yoshinogawa" which are reasonable and I have not drunk yet.

It is an arugula-soaked sake, but other specs are unknown.

It is Yoshinokawa Junmai Genshu.
The other day, I bought a bottle. I wanted to drink it for a long time, and I got it.
Yogo bottle 1320yen
Citrusy? or apple? The aroma is somewhere in between citrus and apple, and it comes in lightly.
But you can also feel the flavor of Junmai, and it has a faint aroma of Ginjo.
The bitterness and dryness you can feel at the end is crisp and nice.
I'm sure this sake will go well with many kinds of food.
I tried it with white meat sashimi and salted grilled fish, and it was delicious!
I bet this would be great with nabe!
If it's this good, I could drink it every day during the winter (laughs).
Fukushima sake is awesome!
