It has the freshness of "the" sake. The sweetness is moderate in comparison. Anyway, only the freshness of nama-zake stands out. It also has a little bit of seme, which I don't like. I prefer the more relaxed hi-ire style.

It is exciting to drink sake for the first time!
This sake is made from 100% rice called "Mashigura," which is produced with great care by Nanbu Touji, Sato Koshi, a Towada-born master brewer, and his son.
It does not have the fruity flavor I like, but it is very easy to drink!
Special Junmai. Surprisingly fruity and sweet, it is like a ginjo-shu. Yet, it has a great umami flavor. It is an excellent product that is no less than Tasake.

A single glass with fake aroma. This is an authentic Sato-enterprise Junmai Ginjo freshly squeezed sake, brewed with white koji. Lactic lactic acidity from the raw material, bright acidity with a mid-late wine ester flavor, and a tart finish.
I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍.
The smell of pears. It smells so good.
It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness.
After that, the bitterness comes through quickly.
It's a beautiful sake.
It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊.
The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.
